Once a week Austen and I get together for a "Management" meeting. This week we added in breakfast or in Austen's case about 2 breakfasts!The station doesnt run itself, there is training to arrange, issues to resolve and meetings to attend. Im pleased to say that the breakfast took longer to eat than the issues took to resolve!
